Hello, I'm Boz
Thirty-plus years of broadcast experience, distilled into three chapters: Radio, Sales, and Digital Media.
About Me
I'm passionate about connecting with listeners through authentic storytelling — keeping it short and impactful on music stations, or diving deep on talk radio. I believe radio thrives when it's tied to community, which is why I prioritize building and nurturing local relationships to drive listenership and growth.
That same drive led me to launch Bosworth Media in 2007, evolving my early web design hustle into a full digital marketing service. Leadership is about lifting others up, and I've guided teams to success by recognizing their efforts and pushing beyond the status quo.
Whether solving problems across departments or innovating — like creating a cart numbering system to save revenue — I focus on solutions that work without reinventing what's already strong. Grounded in stoic principles and Christian Conservative values, I approach life and work with reason, integrity, and a commitment to human dignity.
Radio Experience
YEARS IN RADIO
I've spent over 30 years in radio, starting as an intern at a small community station on Montreal's South Shore in 1989. From there, I dove into every corner of the industry — running the board, crafting promos, producing spots, and eventually leading stations as General Manager.
I've spoken to thousands from behind the mic and on stage, earning a Silver Mic finalist nod for my copywriting and production work. Highlights include interviewing Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman and filling in as a guest host on a nationally syndicated show heard worldwide via shortwave.
Whether programming WFNC 640 AM in Fayetteville, NC, or managing operations in Connecticut, I've learned that radio's magic lies in community — making listeners feel part of something bigger. I once created an alpha-numeric cart system to stop commercial mix-ups, saving tens of thousands in revenue.

Sales Experience
My sales journey kicked off in a retail record store after high school, sparking a knack for connecting with people. Over the years, I've sold everything from water filters and telecom services to catalog goods through network marketing.
Later, I joined a top-tier company selling summits, where world-class training sharpened my skills. That opened doors to pitch technology, web directories, and merchant processing — plus plenty of radio ad space along the way.
I thrive on spotting opportunities, like boosting listenership or closing a deal, without disrupting what's already working. My entrepreneurial spirit eventually led me to offer my own digital marketing services, blending sales savvy with creative solutions to drive results.
Digital Marketing
My digital adventure began in 1997 with a Hotmail account, followed by snagging cabradio.com in 1999. I started with template sites, taught myself HTML, and picked up the basics of CSS — enough to get by.
I manage hosting with WHM and cPanel, upload files via FileZilla, and hold developer licenses for WordPress themes including Thesis, Divi, and Directory Press.
What started as a web design side hustle grew into Bosworth Media by 2007, where I now blend social media and digital marketing to help businesses grow. It's about mastering tools fast and turning ideas into impact.
